Preparation of the Nava Air Vent controller attach bracket. Using a light .032 aluminum foil i bended it and drilled for a K1000-3 nut used to attach the controller assembly to the central stiffener.
Drilled three #40 holes in the stiffener and in the support bracket. When temporary installed, the whole assembly has been wobbling a bit and therefore i decided to use a thicker aluminum. Bending has been a bit more complicated, but the result is acceptable. I will use -4 flush rivet as i had to remove the dimple done in the stiffener.
